Passengers had been caught in Picton in a single day after a Bluebridge ferry suffered a technical challenge.

A spokeswoman for the Prepare dinner Strait ferry service would solely say that a crusing was cancelled in a single day attributable to a “technical challenge” which had since been resolved.

Whereas she wouldn’t say what crusing was cancelled, it’s understood to be the two.15am from Picton to Wellington on Sunday.
