Vancouver Police are trying to find each an alleged arsonist and the goal sufferer of a disturbing crime within the downtown space final month, and are calling on all witnesses to return ahead.

Police launched surveillance footage of a person setting the blankets of a homeless girl on fireplace on Tuesday as she slept on a sidewalk in downtown Hamilton Road close to the Queen Elizabeth Theater, round four a.m. on December 13, 2020.

The video exhibits an unknown man strolling in direction of the lady, pacing, then setting her issues on fireplace earlier than strolling away.
