HAWKINS COUNTY, Tennessee (WJHL) – The Tennessee Division of Surroundings and Conservation and Gov. Invoice Lee introduced Monday that just about $ 1 million will likely be loaned for infrastructure enhancements hydraulic programs in Hawkins County.
