The Tri-Valley–San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority Board accredited the Challenge Feasibility Report for Valley Hyperlink, a rail service envisioned to conveniently join San Joaquin Valley communities and Livermore with the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station, together with connections with the ACE rail system.

Section 1 of the proposed Valley Hyperlink rail service would cowl 41 miles connecting the prevailing Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station to the proposed ACE North Lathrop Station utilizing hybrid practice know-how. A second section would prolong service from the North Lathrop Station to the ACE and Amtrak Stockton Station.

Different proposed station areas in Section 1 embrace: Isabel Station; Greenville ACE Intermodal Station; Mountain Home Station; Downtown Tracy Station; and River Islands Station. Preliminary service is proposed to function from 5 a.m. to eight p.m., with service each 12 minutes between the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and Greenville Street throughout peak hours and each 24 minutes past Greenville to the North Lathrop Station. Trains could be scheduled to permit for handy transfers to BART. The primary Valley Hyperlink trains might be positioned in service as early as 2027.
